LETTERS OF APPRECIATION

Dear Ken,
I especially want to thank you and your team for the service
you provided for my father. I know it was difficult with family spread from WA, Qld and NSW, and fitting in with the minister we had requested also from a long distance.
We are aware of the extra effort, and much appreciated the
professionalism and sensitivity you and your
team displayed. It greatly helped our family and dad’s
friends in our grief, and made this special day a
precious memory to be treasured.
Thank you too for the follow up and ongoing contact, it is a
great comfort.

As a minister with a mainline church I want to express my
appreciation of Ken and Ellen Bertram and their
team in providing funeral services. They are among the best
funeral directors with which I have been
associated.
I have worked closely with Ken and Ellen over many years and
on many, many occasions. They have
always demonstrated a professionalism and competence, with a
flexibility to meet a diverse range of
requests and needs, and had overcome those problems that
often arise in such a manner that grieving
relatives have been unaware that there was any issue.
I am confident in endorsing Ken and Ellen’s services as I
have worked with them in a remote community
where the nearest alternative was over 100Km away. This only
seemed to inspire Ken and Ellen to greater
efforts and levels of competence and professionalism in the
service they provide. I know they are ready “to
go the extra mile”, both in preparation as well as on the
day. Ken and Ellen have also been very supportive
in follow up activities, both with their personal ongoing
support of bereaved families and with their
assistance and presence in an annual memorial service
conducted by the local churches.
